Entrants shall apply online or by printing out an entry form and mailing it to the NHGA office with the entry fee. Entry fee of $50 shall be paid by every player. Entry forms received after the first 72 applicants or after September 22nd, will be held by the NHGA office in the event of withdrawals. The late entry forms will be entered into the field based on a first-come first-served basis or the player may request to have the check returned. Replacements will be taken at tournament site based on the order that the late entries were received. Replacement players will be notified of their substitute status prior to the tournament. Entries by telephone, telegraph, e-mail, or fax will not be accepted. |
