Entrants shall apply online or by printing out an entry form and mailing it to the NHGA office with the entry fee. Entry fee of $110 shall be paid by every player. Entry forms received after the first 150 players or after September 8th will be held by the NHGA office in the event of withdrawals. The late entry forms will be entered into the field on a first-come first-served basis or you may have your entry returned. Replacements will be taken at the tournament site based on the order that the late entries were received. In order to maintain their waiting list position, replacement players must be at the tournament site prior to the first starting time, otherwise they will go to the end of the waiting list. Entries by telephone, telegraph, e-mail, or fax will not be accepted. |
