Entrants shall apply online or by printing out an entry form and mailing it to the NHGA office with the entry fee. Entry fee is $110 (includes cart fee both days; see below) and shall be paid by every player. Entry forms received after the first 112 players or after August 18th will be held by the NHGA office in the event of withdrawals. The late entry forms will be entered into the field on a first-come first-served basis. Replacements will be taken at tournament site based on the order that the late entries were received. In order to maintain their waiting list position, replacement players must be at the tournament site prior to first starting time, otherwise they will be placed at the end of the waiting list. Players will be notified of their replacement status prior to the tournament. No other replacements will be taken at the site. Entries by telephone, telegraph, e-mail, or fax will not be accepted. |
