Entrants shall apply online or by printing out an entry form and mailing it to the NHGA office with the entry fee. Entry fee of $50 shall be paid by every team. Entry forms received after the first 26 teams or after July 31st, will be held by the NHGA office in the event of withdrawals. The late entry forms will be entered into the field on a first-come first-served basis. Replacements will be taken at the tournament site based on the order that the late entries were received. In order to maintain their waiting list position, replacement players must be at the site prior to the first starting time; otherwise they will go to the end of the list. No other replacements will be accepted at the site. Players will be notified of their replacement status prior to the tournament. Entries by telephone, telegraph, email or fax will not be accepted. |
